WARRANTY POLICY

Unless otherwise specified, the following warranties apply to all B Seated Global products:

• Two (2) years warranty on all seating products

• One (1) year warranty on all veneer or laminate products

Should the goods prove to be defective within the applicable warranty period, and provided that the damage is not due to misuse, improper use, or fair wear and tear, KASI POT CATERING AND EVENTS will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective goods at its expense.

This warranty applies only to goods used for their designed purpose. Any alteration, modification, or use outside the original intended purpose will void all warranties. Any misuse of warranted products will also void all warranties.

INSPECTION RIGHTS

KASI POT CATERING AND EVENTS reserves the right to inspect any product subject to a warranty claim, either by a company representative or a professional contractor, at the location where the item was used.

Prior to determining a resolution, KASI POT CATERING AND EVENTS reserves the right to take the time reasonably necessary to complete the assessment. This may include arranging third-party contractors, laborers, or carriers from various locations and subject to availability.

DEFECTS, RETURNS & CHANGE OF MIND

The Customer must inspect goods upon delivery and notify the Seller within seven (7) days of delivery of any alleged defect, shortage, damage, or failure to comply with the description or quotation.

The Seller shall be afforded a reasonable opportunity to inspect the goods following delivery.

JURISDICTION

All contracts are governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales (NSW).
All contracts are deemed to be concluded at the trading office of KASI POT CATERING AND EVENTS in NSW.

WARRANTY CLAIMS

All warranty claims must include the invoice number and date of purchase and are subject to approval by KASI POT CATERING AND EVENTS.

The Customer is responsible for:

• Risk of loss or damage during return transit

• All freight costs associated with returning goods

Where goods are exposed to excessive weather conditions, regular maintenance is required:

• Wooden products must be oiled regularly

• Plastic products must be covered

KASI POT CATERING AND EVENTS is not responsible for damage resulting from failure to follow these maintenance requirements.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

The warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by unreasonable or improper use

• Failure to provide proper care and maintenance

• Normal fading due to light or sunlight exposure

• Scratching, chipping, or wear to paint or timber finishes

• Stains, discoloration, corrosion, or damage caused by chemicals

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

If KASI POT CATERING AND EVENTS agrees to cancel an order at the Customer’s request prior to delivery, the company reserves the right to:

• Recover all costs incurred prior to cancellation

• Charge a cancellation fee of up to 30% of the purchase price

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and received prior to delivery.

Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced, and the Customer will be liable for the full purchase price.

If goods do not meet exact specifications, KASI POT CATERING AND EVENTS reserves the right to exchange goods only.

Once payment has been received, any cancellation will incur a 30% cancellation fee.
If cancellation occurs after production is complete, the full purchase price applies.

All return freight costs are the responsibility of the Customer.

PROPERTY & TITLE

Ownership of goods remains with KASI POT CATERING AND EVENTS until full payment has been received.

If payment is not received, or if KASI POT CATERING AND EVENTS reasonably believes the Customer may fail to pay, the company reserves the right to repossess any goods still under the Customer’s control.

REFUNDS

Deposits and full payments are non-refundable.

KASI POT CATERING AND EVENTS reserves the right to correct, repair, or replace goods that do not meet agreed specifications rather than issuing refunds.
